Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of regular ROO Club excursions?

We’ve all heard the phrase, “A tired dog is a good dog.” Regular physical and mental exercise can help solve a multitude of behavior issues including barking, destructive chewing, anxiety, inappropriate elimination and more.

Isn’t a walk around the neighborhood enough?

Physical exertion isn’t the only thing dogs need. Like us, dogs also crave mental stimulation and social interaction. The combination of all three can lead to a more confident, well balanced and better socialized dog…which means a more peaceful home for you.

How do I know my dog has been on his excursion?

We know reliability and dependability are important to you. They’re important to us, too! That’s why we go the extra mile to give you peace of mind by providing real time notes, texting pictures and providing you with a weekly adventure highlights report.

Do I have to commit to a monthly membership package?

Rover On Over only has a limited number of memberships available. By committing to a set number of days per week, your dog is guaranteed a place on our schedule. In addition, routine is very important to dogs. Regular excursions give them something to look forward to, and let them bond with their walker. PLUS, as a ROO Club member, you have access to exclusive pet sitting and boarding services. Talk about peace of mind for everyone!

What are your qualifications?

We know you’re entrusting us with two of the most important things in your life – your home and your dog. That’s why we are fully insured and also possess professional dog walking certifications through dog*tec and canine first aid certification through Dog Safe.
